Super Mega Flow Intake

HKS Super Mega Flow air intake systems have been designed to dramatically reduce inlet restrictions posed by today’s sealed factory air boxes in both turbo and naturally aspirated configurations. The unique design of the Super Mega Flow combats the propensity of airflow to move towards surface areas which generates turbulence and reduces airflow capacity, typically a weak point of box-type designs. HKS patented super-funnel design, with its vacuum-inducing inner lip, draws air from the filter’s outer edge and directs air away from inlet throat surface areas. The Super Mega Flow filter also uses a honeycomb frame to distribute stress evenly and prevent filter compression which would reduce perfomance. As a result, turbulence is minimized, producing smoother and more even airflow with increased velocity and optimizes air/fuel atomization. Increased throttle response, horsepower, torque and fuel efficiency are all benefits of HKS systems.
